Despite the greatest efforts from our packing Mixers to protect all your treats, we sell a variety of fragile products (glass, cans, etc.) that can occasionally be damaged in transit.


To place a claim, please contact the team and attach images of any damaged items. We are unable to process a claim without sufficient evidence. Please do not throw away damaged products without taking images beforehand.


We aim to settle claims within 10 working days, either via replacement (where possible) or a full refund.
