Need to return an order or certain products? Are all the products still in a resaleable condition? All good! Simply use our Royal Mail Tracked Returns Portal and follow the steps (Please read below before processing a return).
Terms and Conditions
- Any non-defective, unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery with all original packing materials and invoice/receipts for a refund, minus the original delivery charge.
- If using the return portal, the parcel must be a reasonable size (less than 2kg). Need to return a bigger parcel? Please contact us
- We are happy for customers to use an alternative return method/courier, but please retain tracking details/proof of postage to cover us in the event of courier issues/loss. We cannot accept responsibility for packages despatched to us using methods other than our own tracked returns portal.
